Text-to-Speech

This extension will read the incoming live chat messages out.

Settings​

Audio Device​

The audio device that the TTS engine will use to play the audio.

Engine​

The TTS engine that will be used to read the messages.

System​

The system TTS engine. This is the default engine.

You can change the voice of this engine using the Voice picker.

tip

To add new voices, you can install new language packs on the Time and Language page of Windows Settings.

Amazon Polly​

Amazon Polly engine provides more natural voices. To get started, provide your AWS credentials, which is a pair of Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.

Once you provide the credentials, you can select the voice you want to use.
